Sponsorship

Access to rivers is a concern for us all; even wading in a river that has no access could mean that you are committing trespass in England and Wales. This campaign is being run by the British Canoe Union on behalf of all members of the public.

This campaign is being funded solely by the membership fees of the British Canoe Union.  In order to continue develop the campaign and to enable us to achieve greater profile etc additional funding is needed.

There are several ways in which you can help to support the campaign.  You can be assured which ever method you choose will assist us to raise our game.

You can show your support by:-

  • Donating funds directly to the campaign and these will be solely managed by the Rivers Access Campaign
  • Sponsoring the campaign in various forms and for differing amounts (we will be happy to put information and logos on to our website)
  • Supporting a particular event
  • Joining the British Canoe Union which will give you membership benefits as well as supporting the work of the Union and the Campaign

Although supported by a larger organisation the actual campaign is a small organisation that has already made a significant impact upon the political scene.

Becoming a sponsor of the Rivers Access Campaign is about being associated with many thousands of people who feel that the access to waterways situation in England and Wales is unjust and want the situation to be changed.
